B E IT ENACT ED by the Senate and House of Representatives ?f the State o'Deluzcare in Geun- eral Assembq mnet, That so much of the fourth sec- tion of an act, entitled, ' A supplement to the act entitled, an act for the better regulation of the roads in the county of Sussex, passed the twenty-third day of Jar.uary, one thousand SCVel hundred and ninety-eight, as requires the overseers of the roads, respectively, to estimate labour clone on the roads at the rate of fifty cents br a good and sufficient day's work, as an able, fhithful and industrious man would perform, be and the same is hereby re- pealed made null and void.
