Bc it Cntacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, That whenever Richard Blanton shall pay into the state treasury, one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre, together with biX per cent. interest on the same for the twelve and forty one-hundredth acres, found not to have been paid for, from the time said purchase was made up to the time of pay- ment, then the auditor shall so certify to the governor, who shall proceed to give a good warranty deed for the said tract of land to the said Richard Blanton.
