Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, That the said suit now pending in the circuit court of Lawrence county against said Straughan and his securities, be dismissed, on his payment of the costs thereof, and that said Straughan be discharged from all liability on account of the said penalty, and that the Auditor cancel the charge of said penalty against said Straughan, on receiving a copy of the order of dis missal of said suit, authenticated by the seal of the circuit court of Lawrence county.
