Sac. 6. Be it further enacted, That whenever the said Kinsworthy
shall have the said road opened, and the sloughs bridged, so as to ad-
mit of safe passage, he shall have the privilege of charging half the
above rates of toll for the use of the same.
Sac. 7. Be it further enacted, That the hands of the said Kins-
worthy, not exceeding ten in number shall be exempt from working
on any other road in the county of Hempstead, for and during the
continuance of this charter, and that all the privileges granted by this
charter shall continue to the benefit of the said Kinsworthy, his heirs
and assigns,for and (luring the term of fifty years, and the said Kins-
worthy, his heirs, executors, or administrators shall have the right to
transfer at any time all the rights and privileges granted by this char-
ter to any other person or persons, and said right, and privileges thus
granted shall vest in said person or persons, their heirs or assigns in as
full and ample manner, as though they had been granted to him, her,
or them by name, and said road shall be exempt fron taxation, and
that this act shall take effect from and after its passage.

SEC. I. Be it enacted by the General Assemlty of the State of
Arkansas, That the citizens residing in the town of Warren, Brad.
ley County, included within the following metes and bounds, to-wit:
Commencing at a point one fourth of a mile south of the Bradley
court House, thence running East one fourth of a mile, thence,
north, half of a mile, thence west half a mile, thence, east one
fourth of a mile to point of beginning, be and they are hereby de-
clared to be a body politic and corporate by the name of the Town
of Warren.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
presiding judge of the county court of Bradley to appoint one alder-
mnan and five members of council for said town of Warren who shall
