SECTON ISECTION 1. John McDaniel, adm'r of Charlesl slaves of said estate. Robertson, dec'd empowered to selll 2. This act in force from its passage. SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, That John McDaniel of the county of Green, administra- tor of the estate of Charles Robertson, deceased, late of said county, be authorized and empowered to sell at private sale the slaves that be- long to said estate, for the purpose of paying the just debts that exist against said estate.
