person than himself; and that said affidavit, when so made, shall be
filed in the office of the clerk of the county of Johnson.
SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect, and
be in force, from and after its passage.

of Charles Robertson, deceased.
SECTON                         ISECTION
1. John McDaniel, adm'r of Charlesl  slaves of said estate.
Robertson, dec'd empowered to selll 2. This act in force from its passage.
SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of the State of
Arkansas, That John McDaniel of the county of Green, administra-
tor of the estate of Charles Robertson, deceased, late of said county,
be authorized and empowered to sell at private sale the slaves that be-
long to said estate, for the purpose of paying the just debts that exist
against said estate.
SEc. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect from
and after its passage.
