An Act to legalize certain acts of Erasmus K. Harris.
Whereas, it is repi'esented to this general assembly, that Preamble.
Erasmus K. Harris, of Phillips county, a minor, about twenty
years of age, for a fair and full consideration, some time since,
bargained, sold, and delivered, to William F. Moore, of said
county, certain slaves, which the said Erasmus inherited, as
heir at law of William B. Harris, deceased: Therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ar-
kansas, That all sales and conveyances heretofore made and Sale of sales
executed by the said Erasmus K. Harris to the said William to be valid.
F. Moore, or which may hereafter be made and executed for
such slaves, inherited from the said William B. Harris, is and
are hereby declared to be legal, and of the same binding
force upon the said Erasmus, as if he had been or were twenty-
one years of age at the time of making such sale and con-
veyance, and that, by virtue thereof, and by virtue of this
act, the same title is, and is hereby declared to be, vested in
the said William F. Moore, in and to such slaves, as if the
said Erasmus had been of full age. And that this act take To take seel.
effect, and be in full force, from and after its passage.

An Act defming the boundaries of Crawford county, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ar-
kansas, That the county of Crawfurd shall be bounded as
follows, to wit : Beginning on the western boundary line of Boundary.
this state, at a point where the township line dividing town-
ships twelve and thirteen strikes said state line; running from
thence south, with said western boundary line, to a point
where the township line dividing townships four and five
north strikes said state line; from thence east, with said town-
ship line, to a point where the range line dividing ranges
thirty and thirty-one west strikes said township 'line; from
thence north, to the line dividing townships five and six north;
