As s autborisang the Admistrator of Suomo Gray, de.
Caused, to sell real property.
Whereas, the personal assets and credits which were df the
estate of Samsn Gray, late of Pulaski county, deceased,
(with the exception of daves), have been eshamated in the
payment of the just debts allowed against said estate;
Ad whereas there yet remans  a      said estate a hag

taned, and are now liable to execuatio), which the admieai
trator io enable to pay. without selling the slaves belonging to
mid estate, t*e of which would be attended with prc
inconvenience and injury to the widow and hen of sad in.

ntator of the estate of Saman Gray, deceased, to apply to
the circuit coset ofPulaski county, by PO ,(firt ging six

to the satisfaction of the court, thnt all the Personal p eely,
with the exception of the slaves, belonging to mad estate,
which.has comme into his hands, has been eshausted in the

or a~rmation oe ch adainistrator, of a the debts of the inte-
tate which shall then have came to his knowledge, mad the

deor, in the city of little Rock, from time to time, fw cash,
