An act concerning Public Roads-and Highways.
SE. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State.
of Arkansas, That all roads within this state, which have
been laid out in pursuance of any law of the late territory if
Arkansas, and which have not been vacated in pursuianceof
Wbat shall be law, are hereby declared public highways; and all public
publio high.  roads and highways shall be opened and repaired agrevaibly

several counties of this state shall have full power and authority
to mak6 aid enforce all orders necessary, as well for estab-
lishing and opening new roads, as to change and vacate any
public road, or-any palt thereof.
SEc. 2. Be it further enaced, That the county court of
each county, at the first term of said court after thcfirst da
