SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That it shall be the duty of
the trustees, as soon as the funds of said academy will admit

SEC. 5. Be it fhrther enacted, That it shall be the duty

SEc. 7. Be it further enacted, That the said trustees, and
their successors, by the name and style aforesaid, shall be
