the passage of this act, the boundaries of Chicot
Boundaries. county shall be as follows, to wit : beginning on
the Mississippi river, in the Cypress Bend, at the
mouth of Cypress creck, thence up said creek to
the township line between townships ten and cley-
en south, thence west with said line to the corners
of sections three and four, in range six west, on said
township line, thence south with the sectional lines
in the centre or middle of range six west, to the
line between the State of Louisiana and the Ter-
ritory of Arkansas, thence cast with said line to the
Mississippi river, thence up said river to the place
of beginning.
Former law   SEc. 2. And be it further enacted, That so mucl.
repealed.  of the laws now in force establishing the boundary
lines of said 'county, as are inconsistent with the
provisions of this act, be, and they are hereby,
r pealed ; this act shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pasrage.

AN ACT to encourage the killing of Wolves in Arkansas

SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the Gencral Assembly
of the Terratory of Arkansas, That if any person
shall kill any wolf in any county of this Territory,
after the taking effect of this act, he shall be enti-

out of the county treasury in which the said wolf
shall have been killed.
SEc. 2. Be i. further enacted, That, any person
