and coneving the said Renfro to the jail as alore-
said : Therefort-
See. 1. Be it enacted by the Gencral A ssmbly
liod af the Territory of Arkansas, That the sum of
t H   a    one hundred and fortv-six dollars be allowed, and
the same is hereby appropriated, to be paid out
of the territorial treasuiry, out of any moneys not
othei'rise appropriated and the auditor is here
by directed to issue a An rrant to the said Benja-
rWin Patton, for the same, and the treasurer is
herebh directed to pay the said slim of one hun-
dred and forti-six dollars, to said Patron, as a
comtpsnsatioi for the apprehewon and defliery
of the said Renfro, aforesaid. This act to be in
force from and after its pas-,age.
