An act for the relief of James Waters, and for other pnr.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
Cll t of the Territory of Arkansas, That the clerk

in favor of James Waters, for the sun of fifty
dollars.
Sec. 2. Inad be it further enacted, That it is

ture thr the accommodation of the court in said
county of Sevier, which sutm shall he paid out of
the county treasury, out of any monies not other-

sioners of the seat of justice of said county, and
e1) by them applied to the purposes aforesaid.
This act shall take effect, from and after its pas-
sage.
