ever, that they shall not be sold at a lower rate than par

SEC. 4. Be it further cnarted, That the registration of
these bonds in the oflice of the Comptroller of Public
Accounts, shall show for what purpose they are issued.

To repeal an act to change the time of taking up the
State dockets.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
ep1resentatices (f the State of Alabama in General Assem-
bly cocr(nd, That n act, apiproved Deceniber -5, 18S61,
entitled An Act to clange the time of taking up the
State dockets, which provides,  that until the ratifi-
5t    , Ew. cation of a treaty of peace between  the Confi deiate
States and the Uiit(d States, the criminal dockets of all
the circuit courts of this State shall be set for and taken
up on the Eecond day of the teim of said courts, respect-
ively ; and subp'r nas and other processes shall be return-
able, and cases both civil and criminal shall be set accor-
dingly, be and the same is hereby repealed.
