SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatires of the State of Alabama in General Assem- bly convened, That the Comptroller of Public Accounts be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his Mg pto.warrant on the Treasurer in favor of John Callahan, for p0ia pr the sum of one hundred and nine dollars and fifty cents, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not other-- wise appropriated. Be it further enacted, That the Comptroller of Public Accounts be authorized to draw his warrant on the State Treasurer for the same to be paid out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
