To confer jurisdiction on the Probate Court of .Coosa
County for a certain purpose.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and foulcof Rep-
resentadives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly
convcned; That the Probate court of Coosa county, be, Ann hrit o.
and is heroby invested with power and authority to grant
an order to Daniel W. 13ozoman and John D., Letticer. at am  Jin*-
executors of Nathan Bozemnan late of said county do.tioes.
ceased, to sell on such terms an(d in such mapner as said
court may direct, a certain slave named Dick beloging to
the estate of their said testator and Harriett Harrington
late widow of thb said testator, and re-ifivest the pro.
c6odsarising from said sale in another slave, or other slaves
to be hold by them in the samne manner knd by 'tho same
title as they now hold the said slave Dick; Provided the
saidHa'rriett Iarrington shall file in writing her consent consions:
to such ordet, and ny sale and re-investment made
thereunder, before such order is granted,
