county, deceased, shall have made a settlement in the
probate court of Pike county, of her admiiinistratioi.of
said estate, as far as she shall have administered tho'
same, and shall have paid the costs acerned in said
court upon the same, it shall be the duty of the pro-
bate judge of Pike county, upon the application of said
executrix, to transmit to the probate court of untler
county, the original papers on Tile in his o1lice, portain-
ing to said estate, and at certified copy of all orders,
entries and decrees, on the minutes of his court ; and
thereupon the probate court of Butler couty shall
have as full and complete ,jurisdiction of said estate as
tiouglh Said decedent had died a resident citizen of* said
Proviso as county of Butler: Provided, That before this act shall
nor seuri- take effect, the sureties on the oflicial bonld of said ex-

of this act, in the probate courts of Pike and Butler
counties, or in detault of such assent, a iew han(d be
given by said excentrix, to be approved of by the pro-
bate judge of Butl er county.

Sc. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep-
resentatives of the State qf Alabamain General Assemily
coivnced, That at any time after the resign ation and fi nal

inistratin. probate court of Tuscaloosa county, it shall be lawful
for the probate judge of Greene county to grant admin-
istration upon said estate remaining una'lministered,
and to take full jurisdiction over said u nadmi n istered
estate, and make all orders and decrees in respect
thereto, as if said probate judge of Greene county had
had original jurisdiction over the same; and it shall be
lawful for the adminiptrator of said estate, appoinited
by the probate judge f Greene county, to remove the
slaves and other personal property belonging to said
pstate from Tuscaloosa county to said Greene county,
