[No. 211.]          AN ACT
For the relief of Hozea Lecroy, of Coosa county.
SEctON 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatlves of the State of Alahama in Geno-
rat Assembly convened, That the sum of one hun-
dred dollars be, and the same is hereby appropri-
ated out of the Treasury of the State of Alabama,
for Iozea Lecroy, of Coosa county, on account of
expenses incurred in arresting and prosecuting to
conviction one Varden Golding upon a charge of
felony.
Sic. 2. Be it further enacted, That the Comp-
troller of Public Accounts be, and he is hereby au-
thorized and required to draw his warrant upon omphouorto
the Treasurer, in favor of said Homes Lecroy, for ,da    *
the said sun of one hundred dollars, to be paid
out of any money not otherwise appropriatod.

To Sanmel F. Rice and others for ser9ant hire.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Rtepresentatives of the State of Alabama in Geno-
ral Assembly convened, That the Comptroller of
Public Accounts be, and he is hereby authorized to
draw his warrant on the Treasury, in favor ofMoneyordero
Samuel F. Rice, for an anount equal to the hire tpair o
of two hands, at the rate of thirty dollars each a  e
month, commencing on the fifth day of Novem-
ber, 1855, and ending on the day of the finalad-
journment of the General Assembly ; moreover in
favor of W. C. Allen, for the hire of one servant
for an amount equal to thirty dollars per month,
from the fifth day of November, 1855, and to
end on the day of the final adjournment of the
General Assembly; also in favor of John Camp for
the hire of a servant at the rate of thirty dollars
per month, commencing on the first day of Jan-
