'T'o authorise the removal of the administration on the .s-
tate of Robert J. Coles, deceased, late of. the county of
Jackson, from the Court of' Probate of said county of
Jackson to the Court of Probate of the county of Madi-
sOn.
SEC'rON 1. ie it enacted by the Snutte and HLoue of /ep-
resentatves of th State of .A laama in General A. ssembly con -
vened, That on the application in vriting of' James P. Coles,
Remo'l administrator do bon non, of' the estate of' Robert ,J. Cols,
deceased, late of the conity of fJakson, in this state, it shall
ani may he lawful f[r the court of' probate of said county
of Jackson to traisfi'r the administratioin on said estate to
the court of, probate of' the county of fadison in this state.
