SEcTION 1. Be it enacted, by the Anate and House of ley-
,esentatives oJ the State of Alabama in General Assembly con-
vened, That an act entitled an act to organise and establish
repeal. patrol laws for the county of Baldwin, and approved Jan-
uary 1st, 1841, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
