land for thirty days-at the court house door and two othor
public places in Blonnt county, and to convey the titles of
said lands to the purchaser or purchasers of said sale.
SEC. 2. And be it furlher enacted, That the said admin-
istratrix shall render an account of said sale to the probate Shanlrendrn
court of Blount county within thirty days next after the
sale is made, and shall dispose of the moneys raised by the
sale.of said land in a (n course of administration ; and-to
insure the performance of the same, sihe shall give bond in
such form, with such securities and in such sum as the judge
of probate of Blount county shall prescribe, before she sells
said land, which bond shall be payable to said judge and
his successors in office and Le approved of by him and filed
in his ollice, which may be sued upon at any time hereafter
by any. persow injured by a breach of its conditions.

S. Lavender and his securities.
Sic, 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of 12i4
pi esentatives of the Stale of Alabanw in General Assenble
convened, That the juidge of probate in and for the county Properly nmya
of Pickens he and lie is hereby an thorised to make an order li rmtu
that John P. McCracken, executor of the last will andtes-
tament (f Robert S. Lavender, late of said county, he-per-
mitted and errpowered to remove the negro shives, cttle,
stock, mulos, &c., in his hands unadministered as such ex-
ecutor, belonging to tlie legatees William MeAuly, Robert
Anna Lavender, Lardey Iva Lavender, to the State of Mis-
qissippi, lupon his setrling, as executor of said estate, up to
the tirime of such removal ; and that the securities on tinu
lond of the sid John P. McCeacken, the executor, be thence
discharged from all liability as such securities from any de-
fault or liability which may occur after the date of such
order.
