free, Nora and his wife Dinah, of Baldwin County, therefore,
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hbaise of Re-
presentatives'of the State of A1abama, in General ./lssem-
6ly convenemd, '!at the said Norah and Dinah his wife, are Norahk and
hereby declared to be free, and their emancipation is hereby Dinah man.

to leave the State of Alabama ; upon this condition that the
said Norah and Dinali shall enter into bond with approved F-e

he, and they are hereby constituted a Board of Physicians ;or
the Counties of Monroe, Baldwin, Washington and Clarke, to
be styled the Medical Board of Physicians for the District
composed of the Counties of Monroe, IBaldwin, Washington
and Clarke.
Sec. 0. Ilnd hel ifurither enoeled, That the town of Suggs-
ville, in the County of Clarke, shall be the place of meeting c
of the said Board, annually on the first Tuesday in May.
Sec. 3. /uid be itfirther enacted, That in addition to the
above named Physicians, any regular graduate of the several
