Concerning trading boats and other traffic with slaves, in this
State.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House qf Rep-
resentatives of the State of Alabamu in General.Jssembly
Unlawful for convened, That from and after the passage of this act, it shall

Sec. 2. Andbe it further enacted, That it shall be suflicient
testimony to convict any such trader or traders, who shall be

exonerate himself from the penalty of the above section of
