for the above amounts to he paid out of any money in the treasury not oth.

have boon provided for, by any provious act of the present General Assem.

Section 1. Be it naicted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened, That there shall be

to Samuel logle, for furnishing forty-five volunteers, five days, one hundred
nd eighty dollars, and to the said Samuel Brgle, for furnishing the Selma
Rangers in the service, two days, eighty-four dollars; to Edward Baxter, for
Furnishing the Shelby county volunteers one night, thirty-three dollas, and
for furnishing Captain Young's company forage and subsistance, and assist.

na K. Roberts, for provisions furnished the Madison ocunty volunteers, fifty
dollars, and to Michael U. Hendon, for provisions furnished friendly Indians,
seven hundred and eighteen dollars; to William Beauchamp, twenty dollars;
to James Crow, sixiyoseven dollars and fifty cents; to Tarlton Rhea & Co.
six dollars; to Tarlton Rhou & Co. fbur dollars thirty'seren cents; to Wil-
liam F. Eckles, thirty-one dollars; to Tarltonit Rhea & Co. thirty-six dollars;
to Robert WV. Lindsly, eight dollars.
Sec. 2. And bc it further enacted, That the comptroller of public ne-
counts, shall draw his warrant upon the State Treasuror, for the several sums
mentioned in this act, which shall be paid out of any money in the Treasury,
