Sec. 7. ind be ilfurther enacted, That the sum of fifty-six dollars,
bp, md the same is herehy appropriated to A. R. Tomas, door-keeper A I Thomas
of the Senate, for servant hire  hwring tile present session.
SEc. S. And be i/fur/h  enatcted, That the sum of fifty dollars e, cLesvia
and the same is kereby appropriated to Charlts Lewin, for house rent, fur
a house for the safe keeping of thu public artms.

the sme -le hereby appropriated In tle following persons for slationary
during tie fourthIi session, to wit : 1). Woodral, ni nely-two dollars and   'g'rur
twenty-five cents , M. Dunie, twelve dollars and seventy-five cents;-
Ware & Williams, four dollars, and P. 11. 1 lealv, six doll1rs.

taking an inventory of the furniture of the Senate, toetlier with the sta-
tionary that, may he oii hand, an d the further son of live dollars to John
Thomas for illhminating the eapitol.
SMc. I. Andt be it further enacted, That the following sums  e  tndivid-
and they are herchy appropriated for the payment of the following per-
sons, to wit : to Williani Findlay, sheriff of Twsaloosa county, the sum
of three hundred and eleven dollars and eighty-eight cents, for stationaay
furnished, and his attendance on the supreme ecoit at the February and
July teris of I835 ; to Kelly and Donolbo, the sum of ninety-two (101-
lars, for repairs (one upon the State capitol ; to James Rather, the sum
of one hundred and forty-two dollars, for taking care of the State capitol,
removing hooks from thd Secretary of State's oflice up to the library and
Other repairs: to 1lifrerson C. Vanii Dyke, the sum of twenty dollars fur
services i ndered in writing for the select committee appointed to inves-
tigate the charges preferred against Charles Lewis, solicitor of the sixth
judicial circuit; to Harris M\l itchell, as mesnenger in the case of impench-
ment of Charles Lewis, solicitor of the sixth jldicial circuit, the sum of
one hundred and thirtv-four dollars and cighty-six cents  to E. W.
Thompson, theuin of four dollars and fifty cents, for advertising propo-
sals fir printing and hi ndling three voluimes Decision Supreme Court ;-
to Joel White, the sum of seventy-two dollars and twenty-five Cents for
stationary furnished the present Legislature and State oflicers ; to Au-
glmstin Lynch, the sum of thirty-cight dollars and thirty-cight cents, for
repairs done upon the forniture in the senate chamber and representative
H1,all1; to Joel Tatom, the sum of five (ollars and sixty-cents, heing the
amoInt overpaid as tax collector for Morgan county ; to Augustin Ly nch,
the sum of ninety-seven dollars, for furniture finimnished, aad repairs done

For the relief of Edward  ntit.
Sm. 1. le it enac/ed by the Senate and Homue of Represetativets
qfthc State qf.1/ubamea in General Assembly convened, That Edward!
Gantt shall he entitled to the suni of three hundred dollars, being half of
the value of a negro man, slve, belonging to him, who was executed un-
der the laws of this State, for a capital oilence, to be paid out of any mo-  ini g
ney in the treasury, set apart by law, for the payment of slaves, executed
not otherwise appropriated.
SEc. 2. nd be it .f/urther enacted/, That William Drake shall be
entitled to the sum of seven hundred and seventy-five dollars, being half
