may continue as long as the business may require.
See. 2. Aqd be it furlher enacted, That all writs and
other process issued and made reiurnable to said courts as now
fixed by law, shall be returnable to the courts as changrd by this
act, in the same manner as if they had been iesued.

No. 573                 AN ACT
lrelating to the e'tate of Georee W. Cuimmings.
Section 1, Be it enacted by the 5enate and House of Re-
presen tatives of the State f .Alabamza in .General .tssembly
convened, That the Representatives of George W. Cummings
deceased be, and they are hereby authorized and allowed to re-
move the property of said estate, from the county of Conecuh
to the county of Macon, and that the clerk of the county court
IPropertyhow of the county of Concenh upon the application of the represen-
tatives as aforesaid, make out certified copies of all the papers
and orders, now recorded or on file in his oflice, relating to said
estate, and deliver the same to the said Representatives.
Sec. 2. .ilnd be it furither enarted, That the aforesaid
representatives shall file the certified copies of the papers and
orders as aforesaid, in the clerk's oflice of the county court of
Macon County, and thereafterbhe authorised an( allowed to make
Cerfinrate~nrall settlements relating to said estate, with the county court of
orderu  &c. the county of Macon, instead of the county court of Conecub
wtheru riled. county, and such settlements, thus made, shall be to all intents
as legal and binding on all parties interested as though the same
had been made with the county eourt of the county of Conecuh.
ProviJed, That the representative of the said George W.
Cminmings shall give bond 'and security, as now provided by
law, in the county court of Macon couity, before removing

To incorpornte the town of 1.4 Fayette In the county of Chambers.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re-
presentalives of the State of ./1abama in General Issembly
convened, That the seat of just-ice, in the county of Chambers,
shall hereafter be known and called by the name of La Fayette,
Sec. 2. .1nd lie it further enacted, That the town of La
Name      Fayette in Chambers county, heretofore known as the town of
s caChambersville, be, and the same is herehy incorporated.
Sec. 3. nd be it further enacte(, That on the third Mon.(
day in February next, and in each and every year thereafter, an
election by ballot for five councillors, resident land or house-
Elecuton.  holders, shall be held at some convenient public place in said
town, who shall serve for the term of one year after they shall
have been elected. The first election shall be conducted and
manaed by Janies Livingston, Stephen Daniel, William RJ
Creighton, and Charles McLemore or nny two of them, and
