hundred and thirty three, the bonds of matrimony, heretofore
solemnized and subsisting between the said Mary S. Brooke,
and the said Edward F. Brooke, be, and the same arc hereby
annulled and made void, and that the said Mary S. 3rooke,
from her said husband Edward F. Brooke, be henceforth di-
