AN ACT
For granting and releasing to Mary Sebier certain Real Estateescheated
to the State of Alabama.
Whereas, the said Mary Sebier did, in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and twenty-two, marry one Julius
Sebier, an alien-And whereas, the sad Julius Sebler, with cer-
tain slaves, and other personal prbperty, which he acquired by
his marriage with the said Mlary Schier, did purchase and im-
prove certain lots in the town of Florence, in this State, that is
to say, lot number three hundred and sixty-nine, in the plan of
said town, situated at the junction of the military road with Court-
street, and lot number three hundred and seventy-one, in the
plan of said town-And whereas, subsequent to the purchase
and improvement of said lots, the said Julius Sebier departed this
life, leaving no heir, by means whereof the said lots have es-
cheated to this State-
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Eflmse of Repre- tleoaraits
sentativesof ithe State qf Alabama in General Ambly convened, Iot.
That all the right, title and interest of this State, in and to the
said lots, with the appurtenances and improvements thercunto
belonging in and to the same, is hereby granted, released, vested
and conveyed to the said Mary Schier, her heirs and assigns for-
ever, saving and reserving, nevertheless, the rdbts of creditors
and all others having any title or claim to the said lots, either
legal or equitable, excepting only this State.

For the Relief of William T. Rounsivalle.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Reprc'
sentaives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened,
That William T. Rounsivalle, of the county of Mobile, be, and w.s.aonsivane
he is hereby authorized to keep a ferry on his land in said coun- a certain trry
ty, being the southwest quarter of section number five, in town-
ship number one, range number four, vest, on Dog river, at the
place heretorore known as Alason's ferry, any law or order of the
county court of Mobile to the contrary notwithstanding.
Sec. 2. And be it fiither enacted, That said R-iunsivalle
shall receive such toll as is now, and may from time t > time he  Toll
established by the county court of Mobile county ; and shall en-
ter into such bond as is customary for said court to exact from nond tobegiven
persons keeping public ferries.  Approved, January 18, 1832.

For the Relief of Priscilla Reynolds.         1831
Section 1. B it enacted b3 the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatires of/lhe State of Alabaua in Gencral Assembly convened,
That the Comntroller oflPunblic Accounts he, and he is hereby au-
thorized to draw his warrant onl the State Trensurer, in favor of
Priscilla R{eynlolds, relict and atlniinisteatrix of Jaines Reynolds,
deceased, thr the stum of uoue itundredi and eighteen dlollars and se-
venty-five cents, the same being the amno(unt of an undrawn appro-
priation noade by an act of 1828, to William May and said James
Reynold-.                      Approvcd, December 29, 1831.
