Section 1. Be it enacted bu the Senate and House ofRepresen-

Sec. 2. Andbe it further enacted, That this act shall be in
force from and after the passage of the same.

Section 1 . Be it entactedby the Senate andI Ulouse of Represen-
tatives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened,
That the act to incorporate the town of Cahawba, in the coun-  Revived.
tv of Dallas, passed the thrid day of December, eighteen hun-
dred and nineteen,,and all other laws in relation to said town,
not heretofore repealed, be, and the same are hereby revived
and continued in full force so far as the same are not repug-
nant to this act.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the limits of the Limits of Ca.

Sec. 3. And le it further enacted, That the next election Election for
