AN ACT
 To establish a certain Election Precinct therein named.
Section 1. le it enacted by the Senate and louse f, Represn-
tatives of' the State of Alabaani in General  el38iiini, ronvened,
That an eleftion precinct be, and is hereby established at Election
the house of Abraham Stout and Roland W. Box.
Sec. 2. And be it jhrther enacted, That any act or law
contrairening the establishing said precinct be, and the
same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the' elec mn
precinct, upon the Ridge in Monroe'county, shall, from in Auonrop.
the passage of this act, be changed from John Kiles' to
the store of Stepheh S. Anders and company.

That so much of the above recited act as imposes a tax of Tax or 121

saime is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereot, a tax of nine repealed
cents on eveyv hundred dollars worth of real estate in   ax of nine
said county, is hereby imposed to be levied, collected and stoo wort
