Authorizing Williami Unun nd Willium W. Pruiitt to continue their
mill on Plaintruck iiver.
Smetion i. 1Be it enaterd by th Senate and Iouse of l.Ppresen-
tatives of the State of Alabama in General Asembldy convened,
That William Burns and William     W. Pruitt be, and they
are hereby permitted to continoe, and continually keep in
repair,their millelam across Paintrock river, notwith atanding
the provisions of an act entitled  An act declaring Paint-
rock River a Public Highway.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this State shall ihe state
have power, by the General Assembly, to repeal this act Imiay Iepeal
wheanver they shall deem it expedient.                     this act

tia laws of' this State, approved on the 13th day of ainary, 1827.

That so much of the resolution, entiled a resolution rela- Repeal
tive to the Militia Laws of this State, approved the thir-
teenth of January, one thousand eight hundred and twcn-
tieven, as attaches the militia of the county of Blount to
the twelfth brigade, be, and is hereby repealed; and that stilia at

the militia of Bliountcointty shall hereafter be attached to, attache' to
and compose a part of the third brigade of the militia of 3d briGade
this State.                       Approved, January 9, 1829.
