Rogers, or a majority of them, be, and are hereby, appointed commissioners ta view and mark out that part of the state road leading from Pickens' mill to Canton, between said mill and Dale Town. I roads: that is, in that part of Madison county which is bounded eastwardly by the road leading from Huntsville to Leeman's Ferry; southwardly by the road leading from Ditto's Landing to Triana, from its intersection with the aforesaid road to Indian Creek ; westwardly by Indian Creek and Bird's Spring Branch; and northwardly by the north boundary line of David More's Turner tract of land. Sec. 2.
