H. Gantt, charged with slave and horse stoaling, and grand larceny, the sum of one hundred dol hulH be paid out of un) monies in the treasury of this state not otherwise appropriated. Sec. 2. And be it firther enacted, That this act shall be in force from and after the passiige of the samte. Approved, December 12, 1828.
