Sec. 2. And be itfurther enarted, That Zadock Love, a Jsrgaret & free man of colour, be, and he is hereby authorized and Others e. empowered to manumit and set free cei tain slaves. to wit: anancipated his wife Margaret, and his three children Mary, F, elina and James; also his wife's daughter Serena, when she shall hat e arrived at the age of twenty-eight yeats, or at the death of the said Zadock Love if he should sooner die reserving however to cieditors all their just rights.
