Rogers, Samuel Dale, John Bishop, Hugh comm'rse Young, and James George, or a majority of them, be, and p'ointed, for they are hereby, aplointed comnmlssaoners to view and mark rojaldfroanTuft out a road, beginnin< on the state road leading from Ttsea loosa to Mobilc, at or near Pickens' mill in Marcngo.county, running from thence the nearest and most practicable route (crossing Alabama riverat Dale-town)to the town of Canton in Wvilcox county. Sec. 2.
