AN ACT.
To authorize the administrators of Jsaac Edwards, deceased, to comply
with the contracts nade by their intestate, respecting his real estate.
Sec. 1. Be it enacied by the Senate and House of Representa-

convened, That Richard Inge and Grce Hill. executois of
the last will and testament of John J. Inge, late of Tuska.

ed and empowered, to make sale of certaii landed proper-
ty belonging to the estate of the said decedant, as pointed
out and authorized by said will ; and to make complete and
perfect titles to the same, so as to carry into efrect, the
meaning and intention of the said testator : any defect or
informality in said will to the contrary notwithstanding.
