C'nty C't Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That the County Court may levY of said county be, and is hereby authorized, to levy a tax for the' use and benefit of the said county,-which shall not exceed the sum of twenty five per centum upon the amount of the general tax. Repeal. See. 6. And be it further enacted, That all laws and resolu- tions heretofore passed, which are contrary to the true in- tent and meaning of this Act, be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
