89-46    ALCOHOL: Alcoholic Beverage Commission: Liquor: A
hotel may not lawfully rent a room with a mini bar
stocked with alcoholic beverages to a person under
twenty-one years of age, absent procedures to preclude
the minor's access to the alcoholic beverages; a hotel
may lawfully rent a room containing a mini bar to
persons over twenty-one years of age who have minors
with them so long as the circumstances reasonably
indicate the minois will not, as a result, have access
to any alcoholic beverages. T.C.A. §1-3-113,

89-48    CAMPAIGN FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE LAW: Three disclosure
filings would be required during a special election to
fill a vacancy in the State House of Representatives,
those being the pre-primary, pre-general and
post-general filings; due to shortness in time between
the primary and general election, the post-primary
filing would not be required insomuch as it would fall
after the special general election. T.C.A. §2-10-105.
89-58    CHECKS: Bad: When multiple checks are aggregated
into a single count of an indictment, a separate fee
should be charged for each check; a local g  rnment
may not refus-. to turn over to the listrict attorney
general the funds collected under the Fraud and
Economic Crimes Prosecution Act; the local government
is not precluded frum reducing the amount it
appropriates for use by the district attcrney general
for whatever reason, provided it follows tie
