S63-5-114 are licenses within the provisions of T.C.A. S4-5-102. T.C.A. S4-5-101 aft z= ., -102; S63-5-107, -114, -116, -124, -125. 88-191 ADMINISTRATIVE BOARDS AND AGENCIES: Records. T.C.A. S4-5-218(d) requires that certain administrative records must be made available to the public after information made confidential by law has been deleted; a duty exists to permit public inspection of all records falling within the purview of the Public Records Act after deletion of confidential information. T.C.A. S4-5-218, S4-6-140, S10-7-503, -504; 1988 Tenn. Pub. Acts 499; Op. Tenn. Atty. Gen. 86-17 (October 15, 1986). 88-165 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES ACT: Certificates issued to dental hygienists pursuant to T.C.A. S63-5-114 are licenses within the provisions of T.C.A. S4-5-102. S4-5-101 at lag., -102; S63-5-107, -114, -116, -124, -125. 88-187 ALCOHOL: Alcoholic Beverage Commission: Beer: Licenses: Local Option: Permits: Regulations: Beer distributors in municipalities banning beer sales on Election Day are not prohibited from delivering beer on Election Day; licensed beer wholesalers may sell beer on isolated occasions to consumers other than retailers without a retail beer sales permit, however, wholesale beer tax must be paid; beer manufacturers and wholesalers must register with the Commissioner of Revenue while retailers must obtain a local permit; municipalities can attach restrictions to the issuance of beer permits as long as they act in good faith and not in a discriminatory or arbitrary manner. S57-3-104, S57-6-102, -103, -104, -105, -108. 88-180 ANNEXATION: The annexation of an unincorporated area has no effect upon the boundaries of the legislative districts with respect to the annexed area.
