88-118   ADMINISTRATIVE BOARDS AND AGENCIES: Powers: Rules:
The Racing Control Act allows pari-mutuel betting on
races between Hackney ponies controlled by persons
with remote-control devices if the Tennessee State
Racing Commission, in the sound exercise of its
discretion, grants a license to conduct this type of

-301, -302, -303, -304, -307.
88-131   CLERKS OF COURT: Criminal: Pursuant to Article VII,
Section 2 of the Tennessee Constitution, a vacancy in
the office of Criminal Court Clerk is filled by the
county legislative body until a successor is elected
at the next general election occurring after the
