Dear Attorney General Formella:
We represent UnitedLex Corporation (UnitedLex) as outside counsel with respect to a data
security incident of which we originally notified you on July 12, 2023. We are writing to inform
you that the review of the impacted data and identification and extraction of individuals who may
have personal information present has been completed. This process has determined approximately
eight (8) New Hampshire residents' personal information was potentially impacted by this
incident. All New Hampshire residents were notified of this incident via regular mail either on July
12, 2023, or October 17, 2023 after they were identified through the data review process. A copy
of the October 17' template letter is attached as Exhibit A. Please contact me If you have any
questions.
Sincerely,
CLARK HILL
