Does the Delaware r.nergy office have the authority to carry out the mandates of Title III, Part C of the Enerly Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163) and Title IV, Part B of the Energy Conservation and Production Act, P.T.. 94-385? 2. Does the Delaware Energy Office have the authorit' to accept and expend Federal Grant Funds? 1. Yes 2. Yes D)ISCUSSION: The first question you have asked is whether the new Delaware Ene:ur'gy Office has the authority to carry out certain mandates of Federal law. In order to resolve this question, reference must be made first to Title III, Part C of the Energy Policy Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163, SS461 rhrouoh 466) and second, to Title III, Part H of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (P.L. 94-385, SS431 and 432).
