Acts of 1947, 5 1. You ask whether in my opinion the ;ast paragraph of the proposed amendment is already covered by Ark. State. (1947) H 22-701, 22-?03, 22-704. I am of the opinion that the statutes mentioned cover the substance of the last paragraph with one exception. Ark. State. (1947) 9 22-704 provides that the salary of the municipal judge shall be paid one-half by the city and the other half by the county in uich the court is situated. The proposed amendment provides that the salary of the municipal judge shall be paid as follows. #150.00 per month to be paid by the county In which the city is attuated, and p50.00 per month to be paid by the city.
