                               Purpose  and Policy
     The Widener  Commonwealth  Law Review  is published two times per year by the
students of Widener University Commonwealth Law  School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The Law Review is entirely organized and managed by law students who have exhibited
academic excellence and paramount legal writing abilities.

     The Law Review provides a vast forum for legal scholarship in all areas of the law.
To  achieve that end, the Law Review welcomes the submission of unsolicited articles,
essays, and commentaries authored by professors, attorneys, and others having scholarly
legal insights. The Law Review is committed to providing academic excellence through
scholarly articles, comments, and surveys to the legal community while maintaining a
close,  working  relationship with its authors, the practicing bar, and legal scholars
nationwide.

     Authors interested in publishing with  the Law  Review  should  submit  their
manuscripts and all related correspondences to the Business/External Managing Editor,
Widener Commonwealth   Law Review, at the above address.

     The views and opinions expressed herein are those of the individual authors and do
not necessarily reflect those of the Law Review, its editors and staff, or the Widener
University Commonwealth  Law School.
