I am pleased to have her working with me on this important task. She is the Director of Professional Services of the Institute on Violence, Abuse & Trauma (IVAT), and has the expertise to enhance the work of the journal in the coming years. I would like to acknowledge and thank the Editorial Board members, who will be leaving their positions in 2020, for their hard work throughout the year in reviewing articles and providing important feedback to authors. Many have been on the Board for several years and I appreciate their efforts and dedication to the field.
