Announcement
Beginning today The United States Daily issues a weekly Law Journal which will include every Tuesday morning the
full text of all decisions handed down by the Supreme Court of the United States and digests of current decisions of
Federal and State courts generally.
We are sending today's issue to all lawyers who are subscribers to The United States Daily and we will be glad to
send copies in the future to any other subscribers of The United States Daily who request the Law Journal in fulfillment of
their present subscriptions to The United States Daily.
Another weekly publication recording the activities of the Legislative and Executive branches of the Government is
being planned and when issued will be sent to all subscribers of The United States Daily.
Issues of the Law Journal will include comprehensive, digests of recent significant opinions of other Federal courts
and of the highest State courts, in addition to the complete text of all opinions of the Supreme Court of the United
States. The weekly Law Journal will also report happenings and events of importance primarily to the legal profession,
including digests of important tax cases. Topical indexes to the opinions of the Supreme Court and to the digests of
opinions of other courts will be published periodically.
