This number includes four incredibly interesting articles in the fields of Employment Law, Copyrights, Property Law and Therapeutic Jurisprudence. I would like to thank all of the members of our Editorial Staff for all of their excellent work during the semester. I would also like to thank H6ctor Orejuela, who graduated in May 2013 and was a member of the University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal, for helping us with technical support during these final stages. The UPR Business Law Journal would also like to thank our special guest and speaker, Ramon Tamames, who visited all the way from Spain and took out some of his valuable time during his visit to the island in order to speak to us about Patent Law and its effect on the economy.
