The University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review, formerly
known as the Black Law Review, is a student journal committed to the
promotion and publication of scholarly articles that address the legal, social,
economic, and psychological issues that affect communities of color.
The University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review publishes
annually and all subscription requests should be mailed to Business

The University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review invites the
submission of unsolicited articles. All submissions should conform to The
Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010). All authors
seeking publication in the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law
Review should submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word format, double
spaced, and 12pt. font. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to
rsjlr@ students.law.miami.edu.
