The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, in a ruling issued December 28, held that the interim time limits of 18 U. S. C. 3164 are subject to the excludable time provisions of section 3161 (h). United States v. Corley, No. 76-2096. The District (See CONFLICT, page 3)
