We recently reduced the time between when the SEC makes a batch of docket materials public and when you receive it from CCH. Unfortunately, by eliminating some of the delay, we increase the risk of not having a docket report to deliver several weeks a year. This typically happens when the SEC delays release of a batch of docket materials due to thin government staffing during SEC staff vacations or illness. Rest assured that CCH will send you all weekly reports, though we may have to skip issuing a report one week and issue two reports in a subsequent week depending on the supply of material from the government. If subscribers prefer to get one report each week, every week, contain- ing older materials, rather than getting the materials sooner with occa- sional dormant weeks and occasional double report weeks, CCH editors will gladly reconsider our policy.
