Two years ago, in the editorial for issue 1 of volume 22, we announced the
introduction of a new team of Associate Editors. We are delighted with the valuable
contributions our Associate Editors have made to our range of editorial expertise.
We are very pleased to announce the introduction of two new Associate Editors.
To add to our focus on legal philosophy, we welcome as Associate Editor Jakob v.
H. Holtermann, who is Associate Professor in Legal Philosophy at the Faculty of
Law, University of Copenhagen. To similarly strengthen our expertise in the
connection between political philosophy and policy issues, we also warmly welcome
Kristin Voigt, who is Assistant Professor at the Institute for Health and Social Policy
and the Department of Philosophy at McGill University. Kristin's and Jakob's profiles
also underscore our aim to be a journal that addresses the intersection between moral,
legal, and political philosophy and with a special interest in how such perspectives are
applied to areas of current public policy and social concern.
At the same time, Emily McTernan is ending her term as Associate Editor. We
would like to thank her for her contribution to the journal and wish her all the best
for the future. As a replacement for Emily, we are proud to welcome Candice
Delmas, who is Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Political Science at
Northeastern University. Candice, who will start her term as Associate Editor
beginning from May 2018, will further strengthen the journal's focus on the
philosophical reflection on social and civic issues.
